The UnConference is a pilot podcast created and published by members and friends of the GCC community for the whole GCC membership to enjoy. Expanding on the great information-sharing and conversations that usually happen between the sessions at the annual and mid-year conferences, The UnConference podcast peers behind the curtains of our professional lives to reveal some of the thoughts, feelings, best practices, and questions that many GCC members will share about work as graduate student/postdoc career professionals.
Inspired by our collective desire to develop our professional identities and achieve balance between our work and our personal goals, this podcast will cover relevant topics and the unique perspectives of the hosts and guests. As a pilot initiative, we want to explore the idea of integrating a diverse range of voices in our discussions to be able to engage with an ever-expanding number of GCC members.
