COVID-19 Policy for the GCC Annual Conference

Masks are required while indoors at the GCC conference, except when actively eating or drinking.

All in-person attendees will be required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination upon check-in. (The only exemptions to this requirement will be medical or religious and must be pre-approved at least 4 weeks prior to the start of the conference.) There will be a limited number of rapid tests available for attendees. If an attendee tests positive during the conference, they are expected to follow guidance from the Center for Disease Control and the San Francisco Department of Public Health.

Liability Waiver

By registering for the conference, you assume all risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury related to exposure to COVID-19, and release the GCC, its officers and directors, contractors, subcontractors and volunteers from liability for injury or harm that may result from attending the conference. By attending, you agree to follow safety measures as defined by the GCC, the Hyatt Regency Downtown San Francisco SOMA, the City of San Francisco, and the State of California. You also agree not to attend the conference if you become ill, have been directly exposed to the COVID-19 virus within two weeks prior to the conference, or exhibit COVID-19 symptoms. In that case, the GCC will make best efforts to refund registration fees less any expenses already incurred or obligated by GCC.
